Why Arabic Racism Is Acceptable For Some Liberals

Arabic racism against black and South Asian people is widespread and endemic. To this day, the universal term for black people in the Arab world is abd which means slave. The derogatory term for South Asian migrant labourers, who are employed in many gulf Arab states to do their menial work, is miskeen or beggar.

This shocking little video shows how apartheid is still alive and kicking in Doha, Qatar.

It is curious how a certain section of the liberal left and Islamists in the UK who have made it their remit to mobilise campaigns against Islamophobia and anti-Muslim bigotry in the UK, have stayed completely silent about Arabic racism against South Asians and black Muslims. These groups never mention it and it never comes up in their documentation, let alone protested. Why?

When was the last time Bob Pitt at Islamophobia-Watch, a site which has the strapline “Documenting anti Muslim Bigotry”, documented a single example of bigotry against South Asian Muslims at the hands of Arabs? The answer is never.

When has there been any record of Muhammed Abdul Bari, chairman of the Muslim Council of Britian, protest againt Arabic racism with the same revulsion as he has of white racism? And when is Bob Lambert, at the European Muslim Research Centre, going to raise the spectre of Arab racism in one of his long-winded treatises on Islamophobia?

Very simply, none of these protagonists ever will – because they will never make the mistake of biting the hand that feeds. Most of these so-called “anti-racism” groups are the beneficiaries of funding of Arab largesse and it would be unacceptable to discuss Arabic racism in the polite company of your Arab donors.

Don’t expect any criticism of Arab racism by white converts to Islam and by radicalised Asian Muslims of British birth. Both types regard their own backgrounds and their own cultures inferior to Arabic culture and think Arabic culture represent the archetypal model of Islamic culture.

The name Abu Wanabee Arab is a piss-take of some non-Arabs who try to be more Arab than the Arabs like some South Asian brothers who get around wearing Arabian Thobes. That’s a commenters silly screen-name and not a contributor to spittoon also.

Anyway ‘don’ do you think the policy of denying entry to a shopping mall based on race is somehow supportable?

The new Haj train seems to be exclusively for Arab Muslims:

Yeah, it’s not anti-Arab at all, rather the opposite. It’s a parody of the Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis who think becoming Arabised and preteninding to be an Arab confers “sawab” points and spiritual kudos. And it is spot on.

Not all is bad with this picture. At least the Gulf States are employing people who send cash back home. It would be best if the conditions back home allowed these hard working types to use their industry back home.Part of the problem with the world is that these countries lack the structure to provide solid jobs for their citizenry.

This may sound odd, but it is much easier to build shopping malls than just societies.

I was in Dubai recently with a friend and saw the Arab racism first hand. This sort of countries should not be allow to hold world cup or anything of the sort. They are mentally sub-human, be with a lot of money.
