Palestinian Return Centre linked website turns on European fascist ally

This is a guest post by Bob à Jobbik

Do you remember Sameh Habeeb? He’s a Palestinian activist with very close links to Palestinian Return Centre (PRC). He’s the chap who wrote an email to Nothing British to complain that the PRC was not anti-Semitic because they had invited ”NORMAN Frankensteine who is Jew”. He meant Norman Finkelstein, of course.

Mr Habeeb is also the editor of The Palestine Telegraph (PT), which has close links to the pro-Hamas PRC. The PRC lists the Istanbul Declaration signatory and MCB Deputy-Secretary, Daud Abdullah, as a senior researcher and is close to Clare Short MP and Lib Dem Baroness Jenny Tonge. Its patron is the Daily Mail journalist, Lauren Booth.

Last November the PRC invited the Hungarian neo-fascist MEP, Kristina Morvai, to its December conference in London. It then withdrew the invitation after pressure from Nothing British.

The PT has just written a review of 2009 that documents last year’s rise of the European far-right. The article, rightly, points out the worrying rise of anti-Muslim sentiment across Europe: summing it up as not being a good year for Muslims.

It goes on to say: “In early June, European Elections saw numerous far right parties making gains across the whole of Europe.” It then lists Geert Wilders, the Swiss minaret ban and the BNP’s two MEP’s.

It then comes as a surprise to read the PT mentioning the rise of Hungarian neo-fascism and adding this description of Jobbik: “Hungary’s far-right Jobbik party, which described itself as an anti-immigration party and has called on the police to crack down on Gypsies”.

Jobbik is a revolting party. The Hungarian Guard, Jobbik’s black-shirted militia wear uniforms similar to the Arrow Cross, Hungary’s fascist wartime party who were installed by the Nazis and also responsible for the escalation of the deportation of Hungarian Jews to Auschwitz towards the end of the war. The Guard was recently banned by the Hungarian Supreme Court for its regular incitement of hatred against minorities living in Hungary (also see this briefing here to find out more).

Jobbik recently entered into a pan-European political alliance with the anti-Muslim BNP, Front National and other European fascists.

In October 2008 Jobbik invited Nick Griffin and Roberto Fiore, the convicted Italian terrorist and close friend of the BNP leader, to Budapest for Jobbik’s annual rally, where they both gave speeches to a crowd of Hungarian fascists.

Fiore delivered a neo-Nazi rant against Jews and homosexuals. Explaining the credit crisis to an over excited fascist audience, he said: “This is the same capitalism that is pushing thousands and millions towards poverty. But it is lead and it is directed from the same people who put Christ on the cross!” You can see his speech here.

Despite Jobbik’s fascist friends and its hatred of Gypsies, immigrants, Jews, Gays, Israel and America the PRC were still keen to t extend an invitation to Ms Morvai.

But then again Jobbik’s leadership are apologists for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s violence against democratic activists (also watch Nick Griffin on this issue) and are crudely sympathetictowards the Islamic far-right in Gaza when they are killing innocent Israeli civilians

    ” killing innocent Israeli civilians”
You misspelled 1400 innocent Gazan civilians to” Isreali civilian”. There were only 3 Isrealis killed during last years brutal assault on Gazans.
Your heartfelt apologies accepted in advance.

Ahad fails to acknowledge that for years over 8000 rockets were fired from Gaza at innocent Israeli civilians in Southern Israel. Many were killed and injured in what, by any standards, constitutes a War Crime

His figure of 1400 innocent Gazan civilians is misleading, as a good proportion were Hamas combatants. Unfortunately Hamas fires its weapons from population areas such as schools, hospitals and mosques in the hope that civilians are killed and injured in order to foster its propaganda.

    Ahad!
Why condemn the ‘good guy’ Israel that fights for survival ever since 1929 the Arab-Islamic genocide campaign by the Mufti… how it tries so hard to defend its innocent lives against racist Arabs & fascist Muslims that are willing to use their own children to DIE for the anti-Israel vicious demonization propaganda?

In our effort of “settling the Arab Israeli conflict”, at least 6 main points have to be clarified:

A The Arabs who call themselves as ‘Palestinians’ since the 1960s are children or grandchildren of Arab immigrants (from surrounding countries, mainly in the late 1800s-early 1900s) into Israel “palestine” the historic land of the Jews.
[Any land that Israel gave/gives to the Arabs should be seen as a GIFT for a chance of peace].

B The “conflict” dates back mainly since the 1920s when the Arab Muslim Mufti (who later on met with Hitler & established Muslim Bosnian SS squads to commit crimes on Christians in Yugoslavia) who (like the radical Islamic leaders today) called to ‘KILL ALL JEWS’, Period – it was always about anti Jewish genocide.

C The motivation of the anti Israel (anti Jewish) war is intolerance, stemming from 2 forms of bigotry:
1 Arab racism that rejects any non-Arab present in the neighborhood (related victims to Arabism’s racism are: Kurds, Berbers (indigenous of Morocco/Algeria), indigenous Egyptian Nubians, Sudanese (Darfur genocide), Persians, Assyrians, Copts, Asians in Arab countries, etc.
2 Islamism, the rejection of any non-Muslim entity, especially in the region.
Israel as a multi-racial democracy is neither Arab nor Islamic, the ‘stranger among us’.

D Unlike in Arab countries, an Arab inside democratic Israel has full rights and can even be voted in into high office, albeit Israeli courts often FAVOR Israeli Arabs over Israeli Jews, especially in ‘land’ issues.
Whereas a Jew doesn’t even have a “right” (according to Islamic-apartheid-Palestine) to reside in the “Palestinian” territories.

E The media-bias’ dehumanization of Israelis as “tanks” & as “fighter planes” must be stopped, they are human beings and under constant threat, in fact their children are the primary target, the fact that they have less casualties by Arab assaults (than what the Arabs have) is not thanks to the “less evilness” of the Arab-Muslim ‘fighters’.

F With all the extra careful measures humanitarian Israeli army takes to prevent/minimize Arab civilian deaths in its anti-terror operations (including using low impact precision weapons, notifying area residents to evacuate prior to an operation, thus risking the escape of terrorists), there’s just no way out of not having a result of ‘dead Arabs then propagated on TV’, since radical Arab-Muslims (with much of their mainstream’s assistance) have a high interest in causing its civilians to die and make sure that this happens by using their own women & children, since a graphic image of dead/injured kid is essential for their increasing self perpetuated – self made victimhood, so they can continue their genocide campaign with more “rationalization” & and backed by a even more boosted Arab-public-opinion.
