i don’t think chuckling is such a bad thing – in fact, reminding people that regular muslims actually have a sense of humour and people like al-macaroon don’t is likely to get people on-side, if you ask me.

perhaps i should post some alternatives in support?

The video is a tad too cute, it seems to me. While the parody is exquisite, down to the same typeface — Impact? Not sure — for the placards, viewers may be too busy chuckling to get the wider message.
