Hizb ut-Tahrir “Brandishing the Sword”

There are many people who try to argue that Hizb ut-Tahrir is a non-violent organisation. That we can use them to prevent al-Qaeda style extremism. That they really only represent a peaceful opposition movement to current regimes around the world. This is not the case.

This is a guest post by Abdul Qadeem Zallum, global leader of Hizb ut-Tahrir between 1977 and 2003.

[T]he issue pertaining the obligation of ruling by Islam and preventing the rule by Kufr is a vital issue, because the Legislator (swt) has made the measure that should be undertaken towards it a measure of life and death; thus, he who does not rule by Islam and rules by a Kufr system should either retract or be killed.

The Muslims are ordered not to keep silent over the rule by other than what Allah (swt) has revealed, because it is a vital issue. However, when Taqwa (piety) weakened in the souls of the Muslims and their understanding of Islam also weakened, it became easy for them to keep silent over the Khulafa’ and the rulers if they ruled by Kufr in one single matter; and when their weakness increased, the found it easy to keep silent over the rulers if they ruled by Kufr in several matters.

The long term consequence of this silence was that the rulers had the audacity to implement Kufr in a flagrant manner. The Muslims in Egypt kept silent when the ruler implemented the French civil law and abolished the Shari’ah rules. The Muslims kept silent in the Islamic State when the rules of Kufr were established as a constitution for the Muslims in 1909. Though they revolted against them at first, they remained silent afterwards.

Hence, it came as no surprise when Mustafa Kemal destroyed the Khilafah and all the  rules of Islam and declared the rule of Kufr. This was so because the Muslims no longer regarded this issue as a vital one, thus the calamity occurred and it became easy for the Muslims to witness the flagrant Kufr without brandishing the sword to remove it; it became easy for them to be ruled by Kufr without condemning it. Worse still, the majority of Muslims accepted the rules of Kufr, became accustomed to them and relinquished the rules of Islam by choice. This situation reached such a point that Muslims accepted Kufr and called for it, in addition to keeping silent over it and not fighting against it.

All this was only because the issue of ruling by a Kufr system was no longer considered to be a vital issue, and the measure undertaken towards it was no longer that of life and death. Hence, it is imperative to reinstate this issue in its rightful place and to consider it a vital issue. Thus, the rule by a Kufr system would be prevented even if this led to several years of fighting and even if it led to the killing of millions of Muslims and to the martyrdom of millions of believers.

I think the point implied in the Sheikh’s article has been completely taken out of context.

He is stressing the absolute importance of viewing “ruling by Islam” as a life and death issue. Why? Because to rule by Islam, actually means to rule in accordance to core rules specified in the Quran and Sunnah in areas where there is no compromise. Why must one rule by the principles and injunctions in the Quran and sunnah in the none mubah areas? Clearly because we have a covenant with Allah (SWT), which is that no other deity has the right to be worshiped other then Allah (SWT) and we will follow Muhammad (SAW) in thought and action. To worship Allah (SWT), clearly means that in every aspect of our lives, we submit to Allah (SWT) commands and stay away from Allah (SWT) prohibitions by referencing the Quran and following Muhammad (SAW).
So when we go to work, we treat work as a worship. When we save our money, we refuse riba. We do not drink or smoke intoxicants and crucially when we have the ability to command people, we refer to the Quran as to what laws we need to implement and we observe the sunnah to see what are the core areas where Muhammad (SAW) did not compromise at a commanding level.
We do all this, because if we obey Allah (SWT)s commands and follow Muhammad (SAW), we may be saved from the fire and attain Jannah. If we do not, then we will be disobeying clear cut commands and prohibitions which will lead to the fire. So when an issue is linked to Jannah or Jahenem, it becomes an issue linked to life and death unless there is an explicit expiation for the relevant act.
It is unanimously agreed by all classical scholars that there cannot be more than one Khaleef, that this Khaleef must rule in accordance to the Quran, Sunnah and legitimate Islamic sources, that he must be accountable to the people (none Muslims and Muslims) and preserve justice. The fundamental maqasid of rulership and authority is to preserve tawheed at every level of society. This is done by the khaleef consulting scholarly ijtihad and adopting when there is a conflict of opinion.
If none of this is done, the classical scholars through encyclopaedic study of the Quran, Sunnah and other Islamic sources, have clearly stated that the Ummah will suffer calamity in this life and the next. So clearly, the issue of ruler-ship and command is one of life and death.
The reality today actually shows this point clearly. When Muslims ruled with their own authority sincerely, they were unified over large land masses and the dominion of Islam spread across the breadth and depth of the earth. But when Muslims started fighting one another and became disunified, adopting rules and principles which were not from a basis which unified Muslims, we were picked off one by one creating disunited statelets all doing the bidding of their master against the interests of Ummah.
So preservation of Tawheed in society is a life and death issue. If Tawheed is preserved, the life and limb of Muslims is preserved in this life and the next.
This societal understanding of this concept is crucial to preserving Tawheed at every level of society. It is a truly vital issue and if viewed as such, the Ummah would give life and limb to preserve it where possible.
It is in this context that the following statement should be understood:

“..Thus, the rule by a Kufr system would be prevented even if this led to several years of fighting and even if it led to the killing of millions of Muslims and to the martyrdom of millions of believers.”

The fundamental point being made is that the to rule by other than Islamic source of law is a life and death issue and if an existing Khaleef who ruled by Tawheed began to rule by Kufr, then Muslims who have the capability to stop him must act. This action could be none-violent, but classical scholars have sanctioned violence in this scenario. If the Khaleef committing open kufr has a million man army and those who resist his kufr rule with the objective to bring back Tawheed have a million man army, the worst case scenario may come into existence where they fight each other. Such is the gravity of weight attached to the issue of ruling by other than Islam. Thus at all costs the above scenario must be avoided and ruling by Islam must be observed.

The above sounds very farfetched and violent. But from an ideological perspective this has happened in the west already. The preservation of the constitution of America is a life and death issue. Over a million people died in the American Civil War. In his Gettysburg Address, Abraham Lincoln, who led the war against the Jefferson who claimed the presidency on a different constitution, mentioned:
“that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain; that this nation shall have a new birth of freedom; and that this government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. “
Lincoln did not believe in violence. He wanted to end slavery. But when various southern states decided to split from the constitution of the central government, he fought them to bring America under one banner, one constitution and one government. Liberals, humanitarians and philosophers celebrate Lincoln for preserving the ideology of “liberty”.
If in the worst case scenario the Khaleef goes against the constitution of Islam, causing disunity and fitnah, he must be accounted and according to classical scholars, he must be removed physically if he resists. From an ideological perspective this is no different to what Lincoln did to Jefferson, yet Lincoln is celebrated but Muslims are called terrorists or extremist if they attach life and death to preservation of their constitution.

    Jihad, Jihad, Jihad

It is all about the army, power and hateful feelings of Muhammad towards God. The true God of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac. The true God that showed His love towards us that while we were yet sinners His Son Yeshua died for all of us. See, to kill makes you a sinner towards God, to treat others like their infidels separates you from God. There is only one God and is not the moon God. For all have sin and come short of the glory of God. We must repent of all the thoughts of hate against Jews, conquering of Israel, denying history of the Holocaust and imprisonment of women within their role. Repent again. Like those trying to conquer the west from within there will be a day that all those that deny Islam will be killed. Some of Islam followers are trying western interest right know Yema Islamia just bomb a hotel, more islamic Jihadist killing american soldiers in Afganistan, and the quiet spreading from this hateful doctrine is just to position the infantry of future Jihadist to take up the role of conquerors so the Mahdi can call them when He shows up. Guess what the Mahdi is here…. God send His only Begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him would not perish but have everlasting life. Islam can not kill a believer of Yeshua. Find the Truth in the Word Of God….

Even if we run out of money or go bankrupt as a Nation here is one citizen that will stand and fight with sticks and rocks to defend the Unite States against “all nations domestic and foreign”. Manytimes I held up my right hand to pledge that promise and tell all others my hand is held high again.

Abdur rahman who you trying to kid?

The whole point is that it is not about context i.e. you should die and be killed for it, a million apostates a million rulers a million shaheeds.

It is the whole context discussion that has created the decline etc.

Stop bullshitting we know what you are about, we are not ignorant o ypour views about compromising hukm shari. Stop lying about your beliefs; you coward. Or are you ashamed to embrace the hukm shari as the Hizb do? Are you one of the declined ones? Looking for context and not prepared to kill or be killed?

At least don’t distort your ideology like the Ikhwanis, we expect that from them!

Who are you trying to kid?

In fact your explanation itself makes the point civil war for the sake of establishing the rule of God!!! Kharijite slogan and nonsense!!

And you wonder where Jihadist ideology, we must kill to impose the shariah comes from?????!!!!!!

Classical scholars described you people as kharijites who should be fought when necessary….

if the ruler orders you o commnit sin, disobey but khurooj is haram…. if he establishes this in the land you are patient not rebels that is even your own contradictory adoption in ruling system and Hizb ut Tahrir!! So what is Kufr? not adopting laws which are unislamic as that is less than forcing peeople to violate the shariah you ignoramous!!!

So what is kufr, well according to ahlus-Sunna it is abandoning the faith and this is a fact…

As for your inability to see the contradiction it is not surprising – i have met many like you. Sincere ones see it and leave the ranks of the kharijites, others pride get’s in the way and they lead the dumb ones who can’t see the stupidity…..

Allahumma ahdina feeman hadayt; wa afina feeman afayt, wa tawwallina feeman tawwallayt, wa bariklana fee maa atayt wa qinna sharra ma qadayt, innaka taqdee wa laa yuqdaa alayk , wa nusalli alaa nabiy!

Oh Allah! Guide with those you guide; forgive us with those you forgive, join us with those you have joined with yourself, bless us in what you give us, andprotect us from your decree, Verilly you decree and are decided over, and webless the Prophet!

Abdul Rehman – Here is the proof (from Qur’an and Sunnah) against Suicide bombing or suicide martyrdom operations (whatever name you wish to attribute to this crazy idea), if you still refute the evidence, then post your daleels and how you interpret them to fit your agenda?

    see below:

Stated Allaah the Mighty and Majestic concerning one of the children of Aadam,
{So the self of the other encouraged him, and made fair-seeming to him the murder of his brother. So he murdered him and became one of the losers.}, [Sooratul-Maa'idah, Aayah 30]

And Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said,
{Due to that, We ordained for the Children of Israa’eel, that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation for murder, or to spread corruption in the land; it would be as if he had killed all of mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved all of mankind.}, [Sooratul-Maa'idah, Aayah 32]

The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«No one kills another person out of transgression, except that the burden for that falls upon the first son of Aadam, because he was the first one to begin the practice of killing.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 3335) and Muslim (no. 1677]

And Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said about His Messenger, Moosaa (‘alayhis-salaam) that he said to Khidr,
{Have you killed an innocent person who had killed none? Indeed, you have committed an evil thing!}, [Sooratul-Kahf, Aayah 74]

    And Allaah said about him,
{The man from his party asked him for help against his foe, so Moosaa struck him with his fist and killed him. He said, “Indeed, this is the work of Satan, since he is a plain misleading enemy.” He said, “My Lord! Indeed, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.” So He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.}, [Sooratul-Qasas, Aayahs 15-16]

And there occurs in Saheeh Muslim (no.2905), from Saalim Ibn ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Umar, who said, ‘O people of al-’Iraaq! How do you ask about the minor sin whilst you are committing the major sin?! I heard my father, ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa) saying, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) say,
«Indeed, the fitnah (trial, tribulation) will come from here.» And he pointed with his hand towards the east.
«And you will be striking the necks of each other.» And Moosaa killed a person from amongst people of Fir’awn by mistake, so Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said to him,

{Then you killed a man, but We saved you from great distress and tried you with a heavy trial.}, [Soorah Taa Haa, Aayah 40].”‘

And the statement of Saalim Ibn ‘Abdullaah, ‘How do you ask about the minor sin whilst you are committing the major sin,’ points out that which occurred from his father, as is related in Saheehul-Bukhaaree (no.5994), that a man from amongst the people of al-’Iraaq asked him about killing mosquitoes. So he said, ‘Look at this one! He asks me about killing mosquitoes whilst they have killed the son of the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). And I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saying,
«They are my two sweet basils in this world.» He was referring to al-Hasan and al-Husayn (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa).
    And Allaah the Exalted said,
{And We took your covenant, “Do not shed the blood of your people, nor turn your own people out from their dwellings.” Then, you ratified this, and you shall bear witness to it.}, [Sooratul-Baqarah, Aayah 84]

    And Allaah the Exalted said,
{And We ordained therein for them, “Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal.” However, if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it shall be for him an expiation.}, [Sooratul-Maa'idah, Aayah 45]

Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said,
{O you who believe! Do not eat up wealth amongst yourselves, except that it be a trade amongst you, by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allaah is Most Merciful to you. And whosoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire. And that is easy for Allaah.}, [Sooratun-Nisaa', Aayahs 29-30]

And the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Whosoever kills himself with something in this world, then he will be punished with it on the Day of Judgement.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6047) and Muslim (no. 176), from the hadeeth of Thaabit Ibn Dahhaak (radiyallaahu 'anhu)].

From Abee Hurayrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Whosoever kills himself by throwing himself off a mountain, then he will be in the Fire of Hell, throwing himself into it, abiding therein forever. And whosoever kills himself by drinking poison, then his poison will be in his hand in the Fire, and he will be drinking it in Hell, abiding therein forever. And whosoever kills himself with a weapon of iron, then his weapon of iron will be in his hand, and he will be stabbing himself in the stomach whilst abiding eternally in the Fire.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 5778) and Muslim (no. 175)].

And there occurs in Saheehul-Bukhaaree (no.1365), from Abee Hurayrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, ‘The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The one who strangles himself will be strangling himself in the Fire, and the one who stabs himself will be stabbing himself in the Fire.» So this hadeeth additionally occurs in the Musnad (no.9618) of Imaam Ahmad and other than him. And in it is the addition,
«And the one who kills himself by taking a dive from a high place, shall be taking a dive in the Fire.»[Refer to Silsilatus-Saheehah (no. 3421) of Imaam al-Albaanee]

From al-Hasan who said, ‘Jundub (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) related a hadeeth to us in this mosque. So we did not forget, and we did not fear that we would forget. And we did not fear that Jundub would lie upon the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). He said, ‘There was a man who sustained a wound, so he killed himself. So Allaah said, ‘My servant hurried to bring death upon himself, so I have declared Paradise unlawful for him.”‘[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 1364) and Muslim (no. 180)]

And Ibn Hibbaan relates in his Saheeh, Mawaaridudh-Dhamaan (no.763), from Jaabir Ibn Samurah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), “A man sustained a wound. So he took his sword and stabbed himself with it. So the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) did not pray over him.” Stated al-Albaanee about it in Saheehut-Targheeb (no.2357), “It is saheeh due to other than itself.” As for someone committing suicide unintentionally, then he is excused, not disparaged, due to the statement of Allaah the Mighty and Majestic,

{And there is no sin upon you if you make a mistake therein, except in regard to what your hearts deliberately intend.}, [Sooratul-Ahzaab, Aayah 5]

    And His statement,

{Our Lord! Do not take us to account when we forget or fall into error.}, [Sooratul-Baqarah, Aayah 286] And Allaah said, Indeed, I have responded.[Related by Muslim (no. 126)]

The killing of a Muslim can occur with just cause, or without just cause. It can occur with just cause in the form of retribution and prescribed punishment. And killing without just cause can occur intentionally, or unintentionally. Indeed, Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said concerning killing that occurs intentionally, {And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the wrath and the curse of Allaah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.}, [Sooratun-Nisaa', Aayah 93]

    And Allaah said,

{And those who do not call upon any other deity besides Allaah, nor do they kill the life that Allaah has declared unlawful, except for just cause, nor do they commit illegal sexual intercourse, and whosoever does this shall receive the punishment. The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; except those who repent and believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allaah will change their sins into good deeds. And Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.}, [Sooratul-Furqaan, Aayahs 68-70]

And Allaah the Exalted said in Sooratul-An’aam and al-Israa’,
{And do not kill anyone that Allaah has forbidden, except for a just cause.}, [Sooratul-Israa', Aayah 33] and [Sooratul-An'aam, Aayah 151]

    And Allaah said in Sooratul-An’aam,

{And do not kill your children due to poverty. We provide for you and for them.}, [Sooratul-An'aam, Aayah 151]

    And Allaah said in al-Israa’,

{And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Indeed, killing them is a great sin.}, [Sooratul-Israa', Aayah 31]

    And Allaah the Exalted said,
{Indeed, they have lost who killed their children, from folly, without knowledge, and they have declared unlawful what Allaah made lawful forthem. They have invented a lie against Allaah. They have indeed gone astray and were not guided.}, [Sooratul-An'aam, Aayah 140]

And the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The first of affairs to be judged between the people on the Day of Judgement are those involving the spilling of blood.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6864) and Muslim (no. 1678)]

Indeed, the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) further asserted this when he spoke during the Farewell Sermon about the sanctity of the blood, wealth and honour of the Muslims by likening them to the sanctity of time and place. So from Abee Bakrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, ‘The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) delivered a sermon to us on the Day of Sacrifice. He said,
«Do you know which day this is?» We said, “Allaah and His Messenger know best.” So he remained silent until we thought that he might give it another name. He said,
«Is today not the Day of Sacrifice?» We said, “Yes!” He said,
«Which month is this?» We said, “Allaah and His Messenger know best.” So he remained silent until we thought that he might give it another name. So he said,
«Is it not Dhul-Hijjah?» We said, “Yes!” He said,
«Which city is this?» We said, “Allaah and His Messenger know best.” So he remained silent until we thought that he might give it another name. He said,
«Is this not the Sacred City (Makkah)?» We said, “Yes!” He said,
«So your blood, your wealth and your honour is sacred for you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of your, in this city of yours, until the day that you shall meet your Lord. Have I not conveyed the message to you?» They said, “Yes!” He said,
«O Allaah! Be a witness. So let the one who is present, inform the one who is absent. Perhaps the one to whom it is conveyed may understand it better than the audience that is present. So do not return to being disbelievers after me by striking the necks of one another.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 67, 1741) and Muslim (no. 1679); further support for this also occurs in the hadeeth if Ibn 'Abbaas (radiyallaahu 'anhumaa) as related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 1739), and in the hadeeth of Ibn 'Umar (no. 1742), and in the hadeeth of Jaabir as related by Muslim (no. 1217)]

From Abee Hurayrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«Remain far away from the seven grave sins.» We said, “O Messenger of Allaah! What are they?” He said,
«Shirk with Allaah, magic, declaring a person whom Allaah has declared unlawful, except with just cause, consuming interest, consuming the wealth of an orphan, fleeing on the day of a military expedition and falsely accusing chaste, believing, neglectful women.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 2766 and Muslim (no. 145)]

From Ibn ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa) who said, ‘The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«The believer shall not cease to be remain within the vastness of his Religion, as long as he does not spill blood that has been declared unlawful.» And Ibn ‘Umar said, “Indeed, from amongst the critical affairs from which there is no escape is when one falls into the spilling of unlawful blood in other than its proper place.”[Both of these narrations have been related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6862-6963)]

Stated ‘Ubaadah Ibnus-Saamit (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), ‘We were with the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) in a gathering, so he said,
«Take an oath of allegiance to me that you will not associate anything with Allaah, you will not commit zinaa (adultery, fornication), you will not steal, you will not kill a person whom Allaah has declared unlawful, except with just cause. So whoever from amongst you remains loyal to this, then his reward is with Allaah. And whosoever falls into anything from that, then he is punished for it, then it will be expiation for him. And whosoever falls into something from that, but Allaah conceals it for him, then his affair rests with Allaah. If He wishes, He will pardon him, and if He wishes, He will punish him.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 18) and Muslim (no. 1709), and the wording is from Muslim]

From Ibn ‘Umar, from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«Whosoever carries a weapon against us, then he is not from amongst us.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6874) and Muslim (no. 171)]

From ‘Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa) who said, ‘The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The blood of a Muslim person who testifies that there is no deity worthy of worship besides Allaah is not lawful. Indeed, I am the Messenger of Allaah, except to one of three: [i] a life for a life; [ii] the one who has committed zinaa (adultery, fornication); [iii] and the one who has left his Religion and abandoned the Jamaa’ah (united body of Muslims).»[[22] Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6878) and Muslim (no. 1676)]

And there occurs from him also, that the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Cursing a Muslim is disobedience, and fighting him is disbelief.»[[23] Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 48) and Muslim (no. 116)]

From Ibn ‘Abbaas (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), that the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The most hated of people to Allaah are three: [i] a heretical disbeliever inside the haram; [ii] the one who seeks to bring a tradition of jaahiliyyah (pre-Islamic times of ignorance) into Islam; [iii] and the one who seeks the blood of another person without just cause, so that he can spill his blood.»[Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 6882)]

And Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said,
{O you who believe! The law of equality in punishment (al-Qisaas) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if the killer is forgiven by the brother of the killed against blood money, then adhering to it with fairness and payment of the blood money, to the heir should be made in fairness. This is alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. So after this whoever transgresses the limits, he shall have a painful torment. And there is the saving of a life for you in al-Qisaas – O men of understanding – that you may become from amongst the pious.}, [Sooratul-Baqarah, Aayahs 178-179]
And there occurs in the Saheeh of al-Bukhaaree (no. 6896), from Ibn ‘Umar (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa), ‘A young boy was murdered, so ‘Umar said, ‘If all the people of San’aa’ had participated in his murder, I would have killed all of them.” And Mugheerah Ibn Hakeem related from his father, “Indeed, four people killed a young boy, so ‘Umar said…” And he related a similar statement.

And there occurs in the Saheeh of al-Bukhaaree (no. 7152), from Jundub Ibn ‘Abdullaah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), who said, “Indeed, the first thing the human body will purify is its stomach, so whoever can manage to only eat that which is lawful, then let him do so.
And whosoever does as much as he can so that nothing intervene between him and Paradise, except a handful of blood that he has spilled, then let him do so.” Stated al-Haafidh (Ibn Hajr) in al-Fath (13/130), “And it has come in marfoo’ (raised) form from at-Tabaraanee as well, by way of Ismaa’eel Ibn Muslim, from al-Hasan, from Jundub. And its wording is, ‘You know that I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saying,
«There will be nothing else to prevent one of you from entering into Paradise, but he will see it as a handful of the blood of a Muslim that he murdered without just cause.» So even though this has not been mentioned as being clearly raised to Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), it must be ruled as marfoo’, because he (Jundub) would not speak from his own opinion. And it is a serious threat against killing a Muslim without just cause.” And the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Whosoever revolts against my Ummah, striking its righteous and its disobedient ones, not excluding the believer and not honouring the treaties of those under protection, then he is not from me and I am not from him.»[Related by Muslim (no. 1848)]

And the following Prophetic Statements have not been mentioned in the Saheehayn. They are from that which is mentioned by al-Mundhiree in at-Targheeb wat-Tarheeb, and they have been authenticated by al-Albaanee in Saheehut-Targheeb wat-Tarheeb (1/629-634):
From al-Baraa’ (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The ending of the world is not worth as much to Allaah as is the killing of a Muslim without just cause. And even if all the people of the heavens and the people of the earth were to participate together in the killing of a believer, Allaah would enter all of them into the Fire.»
From ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Amr (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa), that the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The ending of the world is not worth as much to Allaah as is the killing of a Muslim man.»
And from Buraydah who said, ‘The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«The killing of a believer is greater to Allaah than the ending of the entire world.»
From Abee Sa’eed and Abee Hurayrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa), from the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«If all of the people in the heavens and all the people in the earth were to participate together in spilling the blood of believer, Allaah would certainly enter them all into the Fire.»
From Abee Bakrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«If the people of the heavens and the earth were to come together to kill a Muslim, Allaah would certainly enter all of them upon their faces into the Fire.»
From Mu’aawiyah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, ‘The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Allaah forgives every sin by which He is disobeyed, except the man who dies as a disbeliever, or the man who kills a believer intentionally.»
From Abud-Dardaa’ (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saying,
«Allaah forgives every sin that He is disobeyed with, except the man who dies as a polytheist, or the one who kills a believer intentionally.»
From Abee Moosaa (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«When Iblees sends out his soldiers, he says, “Whosoever betrayed a Muslim today, I will place the crown upon him.” He said, “So this one comes and says, “I did not leave him until he divorced his wife.” He says, “I suspect that he will marry.” So this one comes and says, “I did not leave him until he was undutiful to his parents.” So he says, “I suspect that he will be dutiful to them.” So this one comes and says, “I did not leave him until he committed Shirk.” So he says, “You, you!” So this one comes and says, “I did not leave him until he killed.” So he says, “You, you!” And he placed the crown upon him.»
And from ‘Ubaadah Ibnus-Saamit (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), from the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«Whosoever kills a believer and rejoices (aghtabata) in his killing, then Allaah will not accept from him expenditure, nor equity.» It was related by Aboo Daawood, then he relates from Khaalid Ibn Dahqaan, ‘I asked Yahyaa Ibn Yahyaa al-Ghassaanee about his statement, “aghtabata (rejoices)”, so he said to me, “Those who kill in times of tribulation. So one of them kills another, and he holds himself to be upon guidance, he does not need to seek forgiveness from Allaah; meaning, for that action.”
And from Abee Sa’eed (radiyallaahu ‘anhu), from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«A neck will come out of the Fire, so it will say, “I have been delegated over three today: [i] over every obstinate oppressor; [ii] whosoever associates another deity along with Allaah; [iii] and whosoever kills a person without just cause.” Then it will turn upon them and fling them into the throngs of the Fire.»
As for killing a believer unintentionally, then Allaah has obligated compensation and retribution for it. Allaah the Exalted said,

{It is not for a believer to kill another believer, except that it be by mistake. And whosoever kills a believer by mistake, then he must set free a believing slave and a compensation must be given to the family of the deceased, unless they remit it.}, [Sooratun-Nisaa', Aayah 92]

    Up until He said,
{And whosoever finds this beyond his means, then he must fast for two consecutive months, in order to seek repentance from Allaah. And Allaah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.}, [Sooratun-Nisaa', Aayah 92]

The killing of a dhimmee (free non-Muslim), mu’aahad (ally) and musta’man (one who is under protection) is unlawful. Indeed, a severe threat has been mentioned concerning that. Indeed, al-Bukhaaree relates in his Saheeh (no. 3166), from ‘Amr Ibn ‘Abdullaah (radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa), from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) who said,
«Whosoever kills a person who was a mu’aahad, he will not be able to smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be smelled for the walking distance of forty years.» This is mentioned by al-Bukhaaree in the book of al-jizyah (taxes for disbelievers) under the chapter, “Chapter: The sin of the one who kills a mu’aahad who has not committed any crime.” And he mentions it in the book of compensations, under the chapter, “Chapter: The sin of the one who kills a dhimmee who has not committed any crime.” And it also occurs under the wording,
«Whosoever kills a person who was mu’aahid will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its smell can be found for the walking distance of forty years.> Stated al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr in al-Fath (12/259), “Likewise, he brought the chapter heading of the dhimmee, yet he mentioned the mu’aahid. And in the chapter heading of al-jizyah (taxes for non-Muslims), he brought the wording,
«Whosoever kills a mu’aahad…» as is apparent in the narration. So the intended meaning of this is that whosoever has a treaty with the Muslims, whether it be by agreement of a jizyah, or a truce with a Muslim ruler, or protection from a Muslim.”
And this hadeeth is related by an-Nisaa’ee with the wording:
«Whosoever kills a person from amongst the people of dhimmah (protection), then he will not find the fragrance of Paradise, even though the fragrance of Paradise can be found for the walking distance of forty years.» And he also relates it (no. 4749) with a saheeh isnaad, from a man from amongst the Companions of the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Whosoever kills a man from amongst the people of dhimmah, then he will not be able to find the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be found for the walking distance of forty years.» And from Abee Bakrah (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, ‘The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
«Whosoever kills a mu’aahad at other than his time, then Allaah has made Paradise unlawful for him.»[Saheeh: Related by Aboo Daawood (no. 2670) and an-Nisaa'ee (no. 4747) with a saheeh isnaad. And an-Nisaa'ee adds the statement, "He will not be able to smell its fragrance."]
And the meaning of “at other than his time” refers to him being killed at other than the time at which it becomes permissible to kill him, such as when there is no treaty of protection; this was stated by al-Mundhiree in at-Targheeb wat-Tarheeb (2/635). Then, he said, “This is related by Ibn Hibbaan in his Saheeh. And he says it with the wording,
«Whosoever kills a person who was under protection, with other than its due right will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though the fragrance of Paradise can be found for the walking distance of forty years.» And al-Albaanee said about this narration, “It is saheeh due to other than itself.”
As for killing the one under protection unintentionally, then Allaah has obligated a compensation and retribution for it. Allaah the Mighty and Majestic said,
{And if he belonged to a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, compensation must be paid to his family, and a believing slave must be freed. And whosoever finds this beyond his means, then he must fast for two consecutive months, in order to seek repentance from Allaah. And Allaah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.}, [Sooratun-Nisaa', Aayah 92]
And I say in conclusion: Fear Allaah – O youth – with regards to yourselves. Do not become prey for Satan. He gathers up for you the dishonour of this worldly life and the punishment of the Hereafter. And fear Allaah with regards to the Muslims, from amongst the elderly, the middle-aged and the youth. And fear Allaah with regards to the Muslim women, from amongst the mothers, daughters, sisters, maternal aunts and paternal aunts. And fear Allaah with regards to the elderly who ware bowing and the babies who are breastfeeding. And fear Allaah with regards to the spilling the blood of the innocent and the wealth of the unlawful.
{So fear the Fire whose fuel is men and stones.}, [Sooratul-Baqarah, Aayah 24]
{And fear a day when you shall be brought back to Allaah. Then every person shall be paid what he earned, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly.}, [Sooratul-Baqarah, Aayah 281]
{On the day when every person will be confronted with all the good he has done, and all the evil he has done, he will wish that there were a great distance between him and his evil.} [Soorah Aali-'Imraan, Aayah 30]
{The day when a man shall flee from his brother, and his mother and his father, and from his wife and his children. Every man, that day, will have enough to make him careless of others.}, [Soorah 'Abasa, Aayah 37]
Awaken from your slumber and become attentive from your heedlessness. Do not be the riding animal for Satan to cause corruption in the earth.
And I ask Allaah the Mighty and Majestic to grant the Muslims understanding of their Religion, and to safeguard them from the misguidance of tribulations (fitan), whatever is apparent from them and whatever is hidden. And may the salutations, peace and blessings of Allaah be upon His servant and Messenger, Muhammad, upon his family and all of his Companions.

Islam will never dominate our globe. America is asleep. Islam should be careful not to wake her. Study your history and you’ll see what I mean. You are but a fly buzzing and posturing. Wake her and anger her and you shall recieve her full might.

Are these comments and opinions the words of a prophet? Has cultural pluralism been jettisoned in the American Muslim world?

I ask these simple questions because this country that I love serves as a lasting beacon of hope for all equality. There is no supreme belief system that will last through time that constantly spits the venoms of hate and supremacy as does the sock-puppet clerics that make the headlines… Neither the middle-east nor any other country has more right to peace and life than any other.

My Brothers, it’s ridiculous to think of one who is willing to die for a cause as courageous. This is more of a primitive mental tactic meant to discourage one’s opponent through “fear of nothing to lose”. Yes, real courage is defined by one who is willing to live for a cause and labor through the sometimes painful and challenging moments that define the liberties and ideologies that we so rejoice today.

As we read these silly comments remember that many Muslims are at this moment, dying and living among death due to the misguided philosophies and ignorant actions of a few. America is not wrong in her mission; she will succeed in destroying the evil that exists in this crappy world. No matter what scene you paint with you copy and paste Koran scriptures liberty will prevail. The future is now and the past is dead.

Islam is not as interested in dominating the globe as you might think. Some of it’s more troublesome proponents might believe so – you get megalomaniacs everywhere – but the majority of muslims think that they are misguided and misguiding. I think thats what this website is all about.

Islam is in fact far more interested in teaching you about God and how to behave in His presence. Now some may see that as an equally unacceptable proposition. But Islam says take it or leave it (“There is no compulsion in religion” – Quran).

As for America, it might be asleep but it sure has been putting its fingers in some strange places.

I really like the evidence as shown by Rasheed Bilaal, never have I seen it presented in that context.

But there is a problem….these are quotes out of a book. A book that has been rewritten by mankind for a couple thousand years.

Books that have been handed down through the ages, the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the Christian Bible; if they are indeed truthful in nature and context, then why is it that books handed down by older religions are not being used to prop up some reformist political system?

I myself believe that books are being used in the respect they are to give power of certain members of a religion or government over a majority. That is because history is never written by the losers, it is written by the winner. The winner dictates the conditions of the win and any other supporting facts even if those facts are bald faced lies. Now is that saying that theological scholars are liars? Not necessarily. It is saying though that whomever those scholars answered to; whether it be Kings, Queens, Shieks, Sultan, Pope or Imam, could very well have been told when copying the holy book for distribution to say something a certain way. And if that certain something remained unchanged through several versions of the book then it becomes fact and eventually holy scripture.

I mean come on, if you didnt know the Lord of the Rings was a fantasy novel, you might see it as a religious text in that its all about the battle between good and evil.

I am not a disbeliever by any means. Meaning I was an accident victim that died and came back to life on the operating table, but saw none of this pearly gate or 72 virgins everyone talks about.

However, I do have to admit I do not condone what mankind has done in the name of religion being that mankind invented religion to answer the unanswerable moral questions he had at the time of invention. And as anyone who deals with the repair or improvement of mankinds inventions will tell you…

    They are never perfect.

What is wrong with you people? This book says this, that book says that. My God says one thing, your God says another. Blah blah blah blah. Everyone has their own set of facts and their own distortion of reality.

It comes down to this: some people want power and will use religion to get it and maintain it. That goes for people and governments. EVERY government has done it. Who makes up a government? People do. The result? People suck.

Your only hope is to live in a country whose mainstream goes along with your beliefs. If it doesn’t, life sucks for you. Move somewhere else. But if you move somewhere close to me, and tell me I have to believe the same way you do or I will die, I’m going to kill you. Quickly.

This is all a waste of time & effort, obama will let these crazy folks into our country, soon, very soon, there will come the time to eject them from our lands. There is a dark cloud over the world, a paradigm shift has taken hold over most societies and if you ask most folks they’ll tell you something strange is happening, they don’t know what, but something is happening to the general order of things. The last time this appeared was during the 1930′s, and we all know what happened next, WWII. The entire world was engulfed in that war, over 50 million people died in that war. We are on the verge of that once more. These muslims will not stop until they have engulfed us all into there jihad, just wait until the first radical muslim state obtains nukes, they will not hesitate to use them, and then it begins.

The thing to do now is prepare, prepare yourself, family, and friends for the dark times. If you are smart, and most Americans are, you will stock up on ammo, food, water, medical supply’s, commo equipment and everything else you can think of and afford. Me, I’m fortunate, we live on a forty acre ranch far from any city, but it will reach us also, soon enough after it happens. Once the food and water in the L.A. basin and Bay Area run out, millions of crazed loony’s will be on the hunt, it’s a natural accurring event, people will do what ever they need to survive, even if that means killing your neighbors for what ever they have. And when all the food and water are gone, they will leave and head inland, looking to survive and killing anyone that try’s to stop them. It’s just the way things are. It’s to bad we could not see this coming, at least most of you could not. If you had you would have made sure our polititians were of such honor and courage they would have made sure our country did not slip out of control, but instead, we have polititans that are more concerned with there own power and obtaining great wealth for themselves and have been derelict of there duty and responsibility to our nation and our people.

So here we sit, waiting for obama to take us to the brink of distruction, and he is working very hard and fast to get us there as soon as he can. Only the names change, the plan remains the same. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, IT’S BEEN A HELL OF A RIDE UP UNTIL NOW, SEE YOU IN THE TRENCHES !!!!

“It’s not nice to try to fool Mother Nature.” That is why freedom and the free market do so well because they take the natural and correct course of governing itself. Obama and the Democrat socialist (including radical fringe militany groups) tampering with everything clashes with the natural way of freedom and the free market. The free market will ultimately be the final word on everything. It is the free market that will over-rule the Obama and the Democrats funny money. The people who earned the money are going to protect their blood, sweat and tears hard work value that they have in their money. In the end which is already here for Obama, the funny money will not ever have the same value and that’s why the Obama economic program has gone nowhere and will go nowhere. “It’s not nice to try to fool “Father God.” Thunder and Lighting!!!CCCRRRAAACCCCKKKKkKK!!!!!!!!!!!!Thunder and Lighting!!!!!!!!!!!CCRRAAACCcKkK!!!Thunder Rooolllllllllllllooollllllllllllooo and Lighting!!!! “And it ain’t nice to try to fool those Yankee and Southern American boys in the U.S.A. in their own Land.” Obama is one little man who bit off more than he can chew. He set out to change America and the World, but in the end, it is America and the World that will change Obama. The same thing goes for Islam. The Lord Jesus Christ said, “I came not to change the Law but to to fulfill it.” “It is done!” “I am the way (the reality way), the truth and the life, no man comes unto the Father except by the reality way, the truth and the life.” “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty!” This is the Good News for everybody. Full of light, full of life and full of liberty! So drop all your concepts, they’re killing you dead and touch the living Jesus instead.

We all need to unite and counter extremist Islamist ideology which actually has nothing to do with religion. Political parties like Hizb ut-Tahrir only use Islamic terminology in their writings to confuse the masses, there is nothing religous about their ideology. HT is a modern political movement and not a religous group.

Religions are what their followers make them.

Rambose, I am feeling you. IF things get out of hand that is very well the order of things….Sad but true, It doesn’t have to be that way, but we can’t control what other’s do. There is NOTHING wrong with being prepared. If nothing ever happens then that’s a GREAT thing…BUT if it does what a tragedy it will be NOT to be prepared, and I for one REFUSE to put my children or myself through that. If we die anyway it isn’t going to be because we weren’t prepared, it’ll be because we died fighting.

Misty I am with you as far as NEVER going or supporting the Hilton EVER again.

I am a natural born citizen of the United States of America, and in my 30 years of existance I have NEVER started a fight, I’ve only FINISHED them.
I don’t know if it’s in my American heritage, or the fact I was taught at an early age to defend myself through hand to hand combat that when I hear of what this Hizb ut-Tahrir group is up to and HAS been up too gets my blood boiling. I am in a “mouth gapping” awe that this group is being allowed to use the American Constitution (meant to PROTECT Americans) to form a noose to place around our necks. Just looking at Hizb ut-Tahrir’s history tells me they’re up to no good, and they have NO intention of stopping until they have reached their goal, which is to take over. I take their BELIEF system as a PERSONAL and global attack; I do not have to wait for them to strike me first because it is their VERY INTENTION to use force, lies, cowardice, death, hate, and whatever other means necessary to futher their religious cause.

It is in my opinion that it really doesn’t matter what race you are, what religion, sexual preference, man, woman or child that you need to take HEED to the ACTIONS of this organization if you value your life and your country. Americans MUST NOT TOLERATE this type of perversion of our OWN constitution, it is putting us in danger.

*This group has stemmed off Al Queda and the 911 attacks.
    * This group has stemmed off terrorists that have beheaded Americans
    * This group believes if you’re not one of them you are worthy of death.

I am ALL for EQUAL rights, freedom of religion, and liberty for all mankind…BUT NOT AT THE EXTENT of laying down and allowing them to take over my country, and even take my life if I don’t do things their way. Their has to be a STOP to always trying to be “politically correct” a line HAS to be drawn in the sand and this group and ANY others like it MUST NOT BE TOLERATED in our country.

I do have this to say specifically to ALL who are affiliated with Hizb ut-Tahrir
LOVE NEVER FAILS. The love I have for my God, My children and my country will make me stronger, more patient, full of endurance with justice on my side. Hate can only take you so far until you plateau and burn out. Sexual lust and the burning in your loins to be with Huriyah at your time of death is selfish and not honorable, taking the lives of innocent people and yourself with the motivation of lust is but a spark of enthuasium void of any true supremacy, compared to the OUTBURSTof encouragement Love rewards. Love is never ending, all powerful, negated of all flaws, faults and limitations. Justice and mercy walk on the right hand side of love and on the left you will find Valor; fearlessness is the breath of Love. Love knows no depths; cool refreshing springs of rest and peace overflow from Love. Love’s desire is unselfish, magnanmious, generous to whomever finds their way in Love’s embrace. Love is generous in forgiving insult and injustice, even Love’s enemies are persuaded to a state of tranquility when merely grazed by Love’s presence. Imagine the intoxication of peace of mind and rest of those favored by Love’s friendship. Love is also jealous and protective, a provider, a shield from injury or danger. Love guards from invasion or attack and is capable to defend and cover His companions. Love has all power and ability to not only withstand hostilities, violence and aggression; there is no weapon that can be formed against Love that will prevail. Love will utterly destroy the arms of his enemies who form against Love and Love’s allies.

As Rambose posted above “see you in the trenches” America is waking up, this is one American that is asleep no more. America will awaken and she will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there she will devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them. And they will be no more.

Thomas, where have you been all your life. I’m an older guy like you and I like you don’t want organized religion and I don’t want your ego. Just give me life. Can you do that? Reality and life is not a religion. Having a heart for the Lord God is not a religion but it is a sweet loving relationship with our creator and the life giver and supplier in all things. Now, I will give you some more life: “I would that you have life and have life abundant.” “A new commandment I give unto you that you love one another as I have loved you..” “My yolk is easy and my burden is light, come unto me and I will give you rest.” The record says “Each and every person that went to the Lord Jesus Christ was healed.” “Your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more. Your faith has made you whole.”
This is not religion or ego. This is dealing with reality and life and the giving of loving life giving goodness to one another. It can happen anywhere, any place, by anybody. You just want to have it and know to give it. Peace and life to you.

The Muslims are decended from Ishmael & the Bible (the written word of the only true God )says about Ishmael – ‘he will be a wild donkey of a man, his hand will be against evewryone, and everyones hand will be against him.’ I think this pretty well describes the Muslims today. Ishmael knew that the nation that he fathered would never be part of Gods chosen people so he tried to mimic the real God ( Satan is a great imitater ) & produced Allah as a substitute. Jesus said, ‘ the thief ( the devil ) comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life.’ One of these days there will be a great battle between Jehovah God ( the only true God ) and Satan & his cronies – & satan will lose. I,m glad that I’m on the winning side.

    S.R. Yoder,
Please take your irrelevant, incoherent drivel elsewhere. At the Spittoon we condemn the activities of those individuals and groups who subscribe to Islamist ideologies but we have the utmost respect for the religion of Islam. Indeed, it is the religion of many of the writers here at the Spittoon (although I am not Muslim). If you want to deliver rambling rants against Islam then this is not the forum for it.

Margie – Re ‘Do you REALLY believe that God/Muhammed would want you to kill???’ – YES!, not everyone is so desensitized and soft when it comes to talking of religion. Its all jesus loves you and god forgives you in your book, in your church, in your mind, its a delusional state that we all pity because you’ve made the concept of god in to a big joke.

Re- ‘I can only say that those who participated in the 911 attacks must have been shocked to find out that there were no virgins awaiting for them’ – YEAH RIGHT, Assuming that they were Muslims, last time I checked George Bush blew up the twin towers with a planbned demolition by the authorities, you explain to me what happend to Tower Number 7.

Remember the movie “The Passion of the Christ” in 2004. The record breaking “R” rated movie that was seen by a record number Muslims in the Muslim countries where this type of movie was allowed to be shown. The film’s dialogue is in Aramaic, Latin, and Hebrew, with subtitles.

Do not fear Muslim people for the Lord God loves them as He loves all mankind. “Drink this water and you shall never thirst,” “Eat this bread and you shall never hunger,” said the Lord Jesus Christ. The Scripture says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”

Once again another (the Muslims) group of people among many different ones over world history set out to change the world but in the end, it is the world that will change them. And changing they are like many others for the good. “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” The Lord Jesus Christ also said, “My yolk is easy and my burden is light. Come unto me and I will give you rest.” “Blessed are those that are not offended in me.” “Your faith has made you whole, now go and sin no more.” The Holy Scriptures from the New Testament goes on to say, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty!”

The Passion of Christ was a movie. The Bible is a book written by many Jewish men. It tells that Christ was a Jew who came to die for mankind, not just Jews. He was not a member of Judaism but started the Way now called Christianity. 600 yrs later a man named Muhammad bin Abdullah said thaT jESUS DIDNT DIE AND COPIED THIS FROM gNOSTIC jEWISH men who made up the facts for the Da Vinci Codes. The codes said Jesus didnt die and went to France and had a baby. Muhammad said he didnt die but the Bible said he did and the Romans killed Jesus and the Jewish rabbis went along with the deaTH BECause Jesus messed up their good thing.
The thing I like about Jesus is that he said we can choose. Muhammad said once you are Muslims if you get out you are to be killed.

“My yolk is easy and my burden is light.”

With respect, Dara Aziz, I don’t think Jesus was talking about the yellow bit in his egg.

Correctly: “My yoke is easy and my burden is light”.

Sorry to be such a pedant.
