Enough of ‘Kafa’

Alexander Hitchens writes about the launch of Kafa which kicked off at Bishopsgate last Friday. Kafa positions itself as a campaign againt Islamophobia but features the same old tired bunch of Islamists from, amongst others, the Cordoba Foundation and the Muslim Security Forum. It boasts in it’s ranks Hamas operatives and, of course, Stalinists and Trotskyites from the StWC all of whom we’re used to seeing on the same platform.

This is Alexander’s take on this latest incarnation:

Exposing the Kafa project’s extremist supporters will only go so far. The best way to combat them is to provide a sane alternative, with speakers and supporters who are honestly devoted to helping Muslims in this country and who will not push a pro-Islamist and anti-western agenda. Muslims are currently being done a great disservice by the StWC, the MCB, and their cohorts — we must put a stop to this as well as to anti-Muslim discrimination.

He couldn’t be more right.

These nutters equate a Mosque being fire-bombed to Daud Abdullah being criticised by Hazel Blears for promoting Jihad – its all part of the same grand-conspriacy.
